I love it! It looks cool, it's a multi-level pun and it also serves as a paen to punctuation. When you are a librarian, you can set that up by your desk.
Though, in terms of punctuality, this could backfire. People will spend so much looking at it (either deciphering or admiring) that they will be made late.
